EXPLORING THE ART AND SCIENCE OF RELAXATION with Professor Craig Wright

I am thrilled to be a contributing voice on the final day, May 11th, of a Yale Alumni College seminar taught by renowned Professor Craig Wright ["The Hidden Habits of Genius: Beyond Talent, IQ, and Grit—Unlocking the Secrets of Greatness," Dey Street Books, 2020]. Professor Wright explores two concepts of flow—both creative and productive. In reference to my novel, SO LONG AS WE'RE TOGETHER, I will discuss circumstances that promote and block flow for creatives.

Seminar dates March 15-May 11, 2023

6-7:30pm ET, register online
